Work program
Step01:
The inspection personnel check the warehouse materials according to the production order.
Step02:
The workshop starts production, the first piece inspection is carried out according to the inspection standard of finished products, and if problems are found, the workshop director and production workers are required to make on-site corrections.
Step03:
After on-site corrections, conduct related inspections and fill in the "First Sample Inspection Record". Only then can production continue.
Step04:
The frequency of inspections is between 45 minutes and 60 minutes. The inspection content is based on finished product inspection standards. And fill in "Process Inspection Record". If any unqualified items are found during the inspection, they should be promptly corrected on site. For the production of unqualified products, the production workshop is required to be isolated, and the inspectors shall make corresponding marks, and put forward corrective and preventive notices, and rework and repair notices.
Step05:
Only after passing the inspection, can the products continue to be produced.
Step06:
When the first product is packaged, check the product carton, logo, barcode, manual, label and production order, and enter the site for rectification if it does not conform.
Step07:
The assembly line is sent to the inspection. The whole batch of finished products can be put into the warehouse after leaving the factory, and the unqualified workshop arranges for rework.
